Custom Orders and Return Policy

Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. After 48 hours no cancellations will be accepted on custom orders. You will receive a photo of your finished piece when compete and balance is due at that time, prior to shipping. Returns are not offered on custom orders. If your custom order arrives damaged contact me within 2 business days and send photos of the damaged item to goldbygreen@outlook.com. If I deem the item must be returned for inspection it must be returned within 7 business days and return shipping costs will be paid for by GOLD by Green. If the item it is not returned within 7 business days no refunds or store credits will be issued.

Returns

Not happy? I am sorry to hear that! I will gladly accept returns of unused/unworn items for store credit. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item for a store credit to be issued in the original amount paid excluding shipping. The item must be shipped back in its original packaging within 14 days and include shipping insurance to cover the original amount paid for the item. This will ensure that if your item is lost on its way back to me you are covered. GOLD by Green is not responsible for lost packages. If the item is not received within 14 days no store credit will be issued.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 2 business days! Contact me within 2 business days and send photos of the damaged item to goldbygreen@outlook.com. If I deem the item must be returned for inspection it must be returned within 7 business days and return shipping costs will be paid for by GOLD by Green. Once I receive the damaged item your order will be processed. If the item it is not returned within 7 business days no refunds or store credits will be issued.
