Returns

Not happy? I am sorry to hear that! I will gladly accept returns of unused/unworn items for a refund not including the cost of shipping. Contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. The item must be shipped back in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase and include shipping insurance to cover the original amount paid for the item. This will ensure that if your item is lost on its way back to me you are covered. GOLD by Green is not responsible for lost packages. If the item is not received within 14 days no refund will be issued.
If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 2 business days via email and send photos of the damaged item to goldbygreen@outlook.com. If I deem the item must be returned for inspection it must be returned within 7 business days and return shipping costs will be paid for by GOLD by Green. Once I receive the damaged item your order will be processed. If the item it is not returned within 7 business days no refund will be issued.
